Castle Backdrop Rental

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be rescheduled once (deposit transfers). Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

We provide delivery, setup, and breakdown. Please ensure the event space is level, dry, and accessible (notify us of stairs/elevators in advance).

Rentals must be returned in the same condition they were delivered. Any damage beyond normal wear will be billed at replacement cost.

Outdoor rentals are subject to safe weather conditions. In the event of unsafe weather (high winds, heavy rain), alternate indoor placement or rescheduling will be required.

We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal through our website. Cash is accepted for final balances only at delivery. Checks are accepted only from businesses/organizations and must clear before the event date.
