At Made By Monique, we value our clients and want to provide clarity on how refunds and cancellations are handled for rental services. By booking with us, you agree to the following refund terms:
Cancellations & Refunds
If you have paid your remaining balance early (before the day of your event), refunds are as follows:

14+ days before event → Full refund of balance (deposit not refunded).

7–13 days before event → 50% refund of balance (deposit not refunded).

Less than 7 days before event → No refund.
Deposits
A deposit is required at booking to secure your rental. Deposits are non-refundable, as they reserve your event date and cover lost opportunities. If Made By Monique cancels your rental due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Refunds by Us
If Made By Monique must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment issues, emergencies), you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees (including extended delivery fees beyond 20 miles) are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled.
Payment Method for Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Fees
Delivery fees, setup fees, and customization costs (e.g., custom signage or décor) are non-refundable once services have been rendered or materials purchased.
