Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of rental services provided by Made By Monique (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Rentals & Bookings

  • All rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment (deposit or full amount, as applicable) has been received.

  • Minimum rental period is one day (24 hours) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery & Setup

  • Free delivery is included within 20 miles of Royce City, TX.

  • For deliveries between 21–40 miles, a $50 extended delivery fee applies.

  • For deliveries beyond 40 miles, please contact us for a custom quote.

  • Customers must ensure access to the event location at the scheduled delivery and pickup times.

  • All rentals include professional setup and teardown.

Care & Responsibilty

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that rental items are not damaged, stolen, or exposed to unsafe conditions during the rental period.

  • Damage, loss, or theft of rental items will result in additional charges equal to the cost of repair or replacement.

  • Rentals must not be altered or moved without prior permission.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations 14+ days before the event: Full refund.

  • Cancellations 7–13 days before the event: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund.

  • No-shows or failure to provide access at delivery time: No refund.

  • If Made By Monique must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a 100% refund will be issued.

Payments

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, before setup begins.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, unless Made By Monique cancels the rental.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Wix Payments, as well as PayPal.

  • Manual payments (cash, check, etc.) must be pre-approved.

Liability

  • Made By Monique is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of rental items.

  • Customers assume all responsibility for safe use of props and equipment.

  • We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters).

Governing Law

​These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas.
