Each setup includes professional delivery, on-site assembly, and pickup after your event. Pricing starts at $200 and varies based on the number of items, location, and setup complexity. Once your request is received, we’ll confirm availability and send your final quote.


Cancellation Policy

Deposit A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Final Payment The remaining balance is due no later than 72 hours before delivery. If unpaid, your booking may be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Rescheduling & Cancellations Bookings may be rescheduled once if requested 7+ days before the event. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. Delivery & Setup Free delivery within 25 miles of Royse City, TX. $50 delivery fee applies to 26+ miles (custom quote beyond 50 miles). Delivery includes setup and breakdown. Setup area must be flat, dry, and accessible. Additional fees may apply for stairs, elevators, or difficult access. Damage Policy The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to the renter. Weather Policy Outdoor rentals are subject to safe weather conditions. If unsafe weather (high winds, heavy rain) is expected, alternate indoor placement or rescheduling may be required.
